"The idea for this pizza was inspired by a pasta dish my prep team and I used to experiment with, a creamy pasta with chicken and bacon. One day we added pesto to the mix and it became an instant team favourite! The addition of sundried tomatoes to the pizza was to add some acidity to balance it, and broccoli was added for texture/crunch and colour (and because more veggies means less guilt). But there was something missing, it was when we dipped it in our house-made ranch that we knew we'd found the perfect combination".
