UBC Farm: Long Table Dinners



After a great year of harvest, the UBC farm invites you to a
delicious Al Fresco, long table dinner! Made only of fresh, organic ingredients
grown right there! Head down for a glorious evening feast under twinkle lights,
accompanied by live music!

Using organic, locally-sourced ingredients grown steps away
from the table, these dinners will showcase the talents of UBC’s executive chef
David Speight and his team at the newly launched Scholar’s catering. All
proceeds from this dinner will contribute towards the Centre for Sustainable
Food Systems at the UBC Farm’s research and community programming. Come and
celebrate the bounty of the season in the warm summer air! Invite a friend and
